Warm with a hint of spice. These ginger biscuits are such a treat.

What You’ll Need - Makes about 20 biscuits

  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour

  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar

  • 1/4 Raw unsweetened honey

  • 1 Egg

  • 3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil

  • 1.5 Tbs Ground Ginger

  • 1 Tsp Ground Cloves

  • 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon

  • 2 Tsp Baking Soda

  • 1/4 Tsp Salt

  • White Sugar for Decoration

Prep - 15 Minutes

  • Preheat Oven at 180 degrees bake

  • Combine, egg, sugar, salt, baking soda, honey and vegetable oil.

  • Add ginger, cloves and cinnamon and combine thoroughly.

  • Add the flour and combine.

  • Form balls using a tablespoon to measure. Roll them in the palm of your hand and place them on a baking tray.

  • Flatten the balls slightly and gently.

  • Sprinkle white sugar on top of the balls

Let’s Get Cooking - 15 Minutes

  • Bake in a preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown.

  • Cool completely and store in an airtight jar.
