Warm with a hint of spice. These ginger biscuits are such a treat.
What You’ll Need - Makes about 20 biscuits
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Raw unsweetened honey
3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
1.5 Tbs Ground Ginger
1 Tsp Ground Cloves
1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp Salt
White Sugar for Decoration
Prep - 15 Minutes
Preheat Oven at 180 degrees bake
Combine, egg, sugar, salt, baking soda, honey and vegetable oil.
Add ginger, cloves and cinnamon and combine thoroughly.
Add the flour and combine.
Form balls using a tablespoon to measure. Roll them in the palm of your hand and place them on a baking tray.
Flatten the balls slightly and gently.
Sprinkle white sugar on top of the balls

Bake in a preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown.
Cool completely and store in an airtight jar.
