What You'll Need - Serves 2 

  • 100g Salmon 
  • 4 Dill Stems 
  • 1 Lemon
  • Salt & Pepper 

Prep - 10 Minutes 

  • Thinly slice salmon 
  • Finely chop the dill leaves 
  • Add the dill to the salmon and season with salt and pepper 
  • Add the juice of the lemon 
  • Allow to sit for 5 minutes 
  • Serve on toast or on its own
