Try this is an easy and refreshing salad with your brussel sprouts. 

What You'll Need - Serves 6 

  • 4 Cups Of Fresh Brussel Sprouts 
  • 2 Green Apples 
  • 1/2 Red Onion
  • 1/2 Pack Fresh Coriander 
  • 2 Tbs Honey
  • 1 Tsp Whole Grain Mustard
  • 1 Lemon
  • Salt & Pepper 

Prep - 15 Minutes 

  • Shred your brussel spouts using a grater/ food processor or by cutting them with a knife 
  • Thinly Slice your apples 
  • Chop your coriander and red onion
  • Mix the sprouts, apples, onion and coriander. Season with salt and pepper
